A report built from your own channel, in plain language: who keeps coming back, what they respond to, and what's worth making next.
Read-only access, and it expires by itself after 14 days.
You restate the intro at 1:44. It's the only place all eight videos lose people at once.
Three things, and nothing more complicated than this.
Built from your channel's own analytics, comments and transcripts, nothing borrowed from anyone else, and no generic advice about what happened to work for a bigger creator.
Your own data, shown in plain language and simple visuals instead of dashboards and jargon, so you can see what it's telling you without being an analytics person.
It ends with a short, prioritised list of what to try next, drawn from what your viewers keep doing and saying, so you're not left guessing what to change first.
YouTube shows you a curve. It doesn't tell you what you were saying at the moment the curve dropped. YouR lines every dip up against your transcript, so you can see the exact moment, section or habit that keeps losing people, and whether it's happening across all your videos or just one.
Your comments are the one place your audience tells you directly what they want. YouR reads them together, groups the reactions and requests that keep repeating, and ranks them by how often they come up, so a real pattern doesn't stay buried under a hundred kind replies.
Every finding ends in something you can act on. Which video is quietly your front door for new subscribers, which format holds people longest, which idea your audience has asked for more than once: sorted into what to start with, what's also worth doing, and what's just worth exploring.
Search, suggested, browse, external: each one brings a different kind of viewer arriving with a different expectation. YouR breaks down where your views actually come from, what each route is worth to you, and which one you're leaving on the table.
Everything you'd want to know about your audience is already sitting in your channel. It's just split across four places that never talk to each other, and none of them were built to be read by a person.
YouR puts them back together in one read: what people watch, what they say, where they leave, and how they found you in the first place.
So the next video doesn't start from a guess. It starts from what your own viewers have already shown you.
It's one report, from your own data, that helps you understand the people already watching you. What you make with that is yours.
Sign in with the same Google account you use for YouTube Studio. Read-only, and you can disconnect it the second you've got your report.
Your retention curves, traffic sources, comments and transcripts, matched video by video. Then I write down what your data is actually telling you, in my own words, not a template with your numbers dropped into it.
It lands in your inbox as one link you can open anywhere and keep. Every section is written for your channel and nobody else's, and there's a little something waiting for you at the end.
A stranger emailed you asking to connect your YouTube account. Being unsure is the correct reaction, so here's everything, upfront.
I can read your analytics, your public comments and your transcripts, that's the whole list. I can't upload, edit, delete, reply, or touch your Gmail, Drive or anything else on your Google account. Nothing of yours is sold or shared, my access expires on its own after 14 days, and you can remove it before that in ten seconds.
It isn't coming. There's no card, no trial, and no locked second half of the report. I'm testing whether this is genuinely useful before building anything further, so the only thing I want back is your honest opinion, including if that opinion is that it wasn't useful.
It is unverified, and Google is right to say so. Their review takes four to six weeks and YouR is in that queue now. Google allows testing with a small group of people while an app waits, which is exactly what this is. I'll show you that screen and which buttons to press before you go near it.
No pitch, no screen share, and no reason to say yes at the end of it. Ask me anything about the report, the data, or who I am.

Hi, I'm Priya. I'm not a YouTube guru and I'm not a coach. I'm just someone who genuinely likes watching YouTube.
A few of my favourite creators have much smaller audiences than I think their work deserves. Not because the videos aren't good, they are, but because nobody has ever sat down and told them, in plain terms, what their own audience has already been saying.
So I built YouR to do exactly that. Your data already holds a lot; it just never gets decoded for you. This isn't an algorithm hack, a shortcut, or a coaching service, it's a passion project, and I'm doing it because I really want to know whether it helps some of my favourite creators grow.
If it does, I'll keep building it. And if it doesn't, I'd genuinely like you to tell me that too.
